Outdoor cooking areas add resale value to your Los Angeles home

It’s finally barbecue weather! How much value does an outdoor barbecue add to your Los Angeles home?

I think in sunny California a built in barbecue is a plus to most home buyers.  We didn’t build ours for resale but rather for our personal enjoyment. Although, some yards boast the elaborate outdoor kitchen, we are fortunate to have a built in grill with a rotisserie and beverage sized refrigerator.  In the summer we barbecue 3-4 nights a week and often rotisserie cook the best chicken in the world.  Even (Nathan’s) hot dogs are a great meal when grilled.

What home buyer wouldn't love to find a home with an outdoor grill?
