An Affordable Option to the Outdoor Kitchen
If you are living in a modest home, you might not want to spend lots of money on a custom-built outdoor kitchen. Over improving a modest home will only minimally enhance your resale value. So if you are in a smaller home, Costco offers a great alternative to the outdoor kitchen.

Starting at $4500, these BBQ Island’s offer many “built in” features such as:
BBQ Grill
Side Burner
Refrigerator
Seating for 4
I personally viewed these at Costco while shopping , and they are very nice (not flimsy) – the quality seemed superior.

Creating, or upgrading outdoor living spaces are a great way to add value to the home, as well as increase living space. Outdoor kitchens from the most simple design to extravagant, allow for comfortable and easy entertaining, as well as optimizing all living spaces within the home.
Thanks!

This looks great and I am sure it is appropriate for all the outdoor cooking needs but wow that’s a huge price to pay to cook out doors. Though I guess in terms of having a complete kitchen built outside it is affordable. I quite like the umbrella over the work area and the refrigerator underneath though.
