As a Realtor, the question I am most frequently asked is one requesting a referral.  A referral of a plumber, a contractor, a preschool, a computer guru… etc.  Years ago, I organized a referral directory and about five years ago published it on my real estate web site.  I named it HarbsList  – because I am a member and admirer of AngiesList.

It’s not that I don’t welcome the telephone calls from friends and clients, but I am often away from the office and this way my home maintenance provider directory is available to all 24/7. It is free and you don’t need to be a member or log in.
