Glendale’s Americana – Grand Opening May, 2008?
If you haven't driven by recently, you will be amazed at the progress; the Americana really does resemble the above rendering. According to the sales office, the Retail Grand Opening is projected "sometime" in May.
New (to the area) dining options include Katsuya and Frida Mexican Cuisine
238 apartments available for rent and 100 Condominiums for sale - pricing should be announced in May, I am anxious to find out the prices, because the rental pricing seems a bit ambitious.
