I just listed a home in La Crescenta, but it won’t be coming on the market until April. 

The owner is making some improvements prior to the home coming on the market and just met with my stager who made recommendations regarding paint colors, hardware, and flooring.  The stager also gave the owner a punch list re: furniture placement, delcuttering, etc. 

Home staging is not intended to be overly involved – the intention is to have the house viewed in the most favorable light, and frequently this can be done with just moving furniture around (to create focal points) and decluttering. Each home is different, and each homeowner has different goals.  One thing most home sellers do agree on is that they want the highest possible price with the least inconvenience.
