Those buyers which were sitting on the sidelines for the past several years are moving closer to home ownership.  It is spring; they are phoning and seem anxious to purchase their first home while rates remain low!  Most of them have a down payment, so this is a positive spin on our local real estate market.  It's all about the supply and demand - let's keep the supply moving.
