Happy President's Day; I am hoping traffic is light this afternoon, I am meeting a good friend and Beverly Hills Realtor for lunch.  We are going to have a marketing powwow and discuss ad campaigns, unique advertising strategies, and the Internet.  Because she and I are in two different LA markets, we don’t compete with each other.  Interestingly marketing is often different on both ends of our LA territory.
