Real estate blogger being sued for $25m for alleged libel
Reports suggest that a Miami-based Real Estate developer is being sued for twenty-five million dollars over some negative comments he made on his personal blog.

Now that the Writer’s Strike is over, we can get Hollywood back to work, but the strike certainly had a very negative impact on Los Angles Real Estate.

I agree five great reason to buy. There is larger than usual inventory in most areas. Interest rates are low. We have that $600.00 coming use it toward your next purchase.

I'm searching for a real estate venture in West LA, since prices in that area have been pretty stable. The specific area I'm interested in has a top-rated LAUSD elementary school nearby. Does this school secure the price of the neighborhood?

Typically when the market declines it declines in all neigborhoods. But homes located in superior school districts certainly have appeal to more buyers. I am not familiar with the West LA real estate market, but if you are looking for a real estate professional in that neighborhood or any area, I can make a recommendation.
