Clutter Buster #2 - Start the new year with an organized office!
As we all know, an organized office will make the time you spend in it more efficient.
I can't count how many times I've searched for something that has a place where it should be and (surprise!) it's not there. And even worse, how many times I've wasted time searching for something everywhere & finding it exactly where it should have been.
So as another New Year's resolution, it's time to get more organized in the office!
This is what an office should look like:

After looking at this photo, I took a look at my desk & realized it's cluttered with many items I don't use on a daily basis. I realized I had a pen holder with over 30 pens in it, about 20 scratch pads, and several different stamps that I use on a rare occasion. It's amazing how quickly these things have piled on & managed to stay on my desk.
I love the idea of having more than 1 inbox on my desk. It would be nice to have an inbox that would be for high priority tasks (to reduce the risk of overlooking something important), another for marketing ideas & miscellaneous tasks, and another for filing.
I am going to spend the next week organizing my office space, and then I can move on to my home office! Lots to do, but this will help be more productive throughout the year.
