Clutter Buster - Organize your gift wrapping items

Tip # 1 – Do organize your gift wrapping items with inexpensive household items.

I saw this gift wrapping work station in Better Homes & Gardens Storage Magazine and thought it was great:

It inspired me to a quick online search & found that this can be replicated for a smaller space with cheap household items.  I thought an extra closet would be a great place to hide away all of your very neatly organized gift wrapping items.

At Ikea, I found this kitchen cart that can be put in most closets for only $79.99 (It may not last forever but I think it will fully serve out its purpose).

It has 2 drawers where you can store the basics (such as tape & scissors).  The bottom section gives a place to add storage boxes.  In these boxes you can organize your tissue paper, cards for all occasions and bows.

Rather than using a shower pole as they did above for the ribbons, you can also use a paper towel holder like the one I found on Target:

This one even gives you the extra advantage of organizing on the additional shelf above.  Becoming organized is one of my 2008 goals, so I'll be sharing some clutter busters while I come across them.
