What’s your walk score?

                                                            La Canada Town Center Rendering

A walk score is the “walkability” of a specific location.  We have a great listing in La Canada that currently has a walkability score of  71 (VERY walkable) but wait!  This score will be increasing as soon as Mattix's La Canada Town Center opens.

STATS:
3 & 3 w/master suite, central air, att. garage, hardwood floors
3 sets of French doors open to the outdoors
Of course the La Canada award winning schools are another plus
Asking $925,000 AND seller is motivated
