Yes, there are still home buyers out there!
Doom & gloom mixed with optimism.
While many home sellers are slashing prices, a handful of homes continue to sell quickly and with multiple offers and some even sell for over asking price!
What is the secret? I think that this holiday season is slower than in years past because few buyers feel a compelling reason to buy now, during the holiday season. Prices are not going up, inventory is increasing, and it is a buyer’s market.

So what is selling a month prior to Christmas? Homes that are very well priced; priced less than the competition (active listings) AND homes that are special. Special such as a private setting, amazing view, fabulous architecture….. A buyer will walk into to a “special” home and feel that if they don’t buy this home today, that it could be awhile… maybe years before they find something as fabulous.
