Interestingly, more and more buyers and home sellers use the Internet  to start their real estate search. 

Most Realtors spend a lot of money advertising their listings (one full page color ad in the Leader Newpsress is over $400).  Although, I spend more money on print advertising, I obtain better results from the Internet.  One of the reasons that I started all of these blogs and online forums was to increase my search engine rankings. 
When I rank high in the search engines, more home buyers view my listings. 

Several years ago, I even purchased a second web site.  I have read several books regarding search engine optimization but the best thing I did was hire an expert.   Each month I pay Charles and he does whatever it is he does to keep my web sites ranking on the first page and then I can get back to doing what I do.
