So while Phyllis gets some well deserved R&R, I'm holding down the fort.  Everything here is business as usual.  This week we've started working on our Christmas postcard, which gives you the info of all of the fun places & events to go to during the holidays.  I can't believe it's almost the holiday season already!

We have two new listings, one in Glendale & one in La Canada, which should be coming out in the next week or two.  They have both had the stager out & the owners are working on taking care of the stager's recommendations.  Both will be getting their final touches next week & we will have the photographer out to take photos.  

A longtime friend & client of Phyllis called to ask about the price of homes in Eagle Rock.  She was a bit surprised to find out that prices there are not much different than the prices in Eagle Rock's neighboring city, Glendale. 

This weekend I'm previewing some houses for clients & meeting someone who called in about Phyllis' listing in Pasadena.  I'll be checking emails & voicemails throughout the weekend....so I'm bound to fill up my empty appointment slots!
