Well this has been a hectic week and I am trying to tie up any loose ends prior to my Tuesday afternoon departure to Rome.  I have two new listings coming up and both homeowners have met with the home stager and are working on her recommendations (decluttering for one home, the other interior paint & landscape freshening).  The ad verbiage and property brochures have been started.  My buyer's agent, Natalie will need to coordinate the cleaning for the one home (after the painting is complete) and then photographer for both homes.  Hard to say at this juncture if either of these homes will come on the market prior to my return on the 12th.

Natalie and I will complete pricing recommendation for a third listing but that one will take longer to prep (it is a fabulous home, but a work in progress).
