A Saturday in a Los Angeles Realtor’s Life

This morning, I met my clients at the property they are purchasing for their "final walk through".  The purpose of the walk through is be certain that the property is in substantially the same condition at the time the buyer agreed to purchase and that any negotiated repairs have been made.  Another important aspect of the walk through is that the buyer and seller can meet (if they haven't all ready) and that the seller can explain to the buyer how certain systems in the home work.

I booked the hotel room in Florence for next month's trip; reserved the driver for wine tasting tour, replied to emails and phone messages, and completed paperwork (there is a lot!!).  George is in a golf tournament and I will be joining him for the dinner portion.
